Algerian forces eliminate three terrorists from “Attawhid” battalion east of Algeria

Algerian forces eliminate three terrorists from Attawhid sub-battalion, led by the terrorist Lamloum Amar nicknamed Abou Zakaria, and retrieved their weapons, on Thursday morning.

• According to Echorouk informed sources, security forces ambushed the armed terrorist group in the region of Tasseblat in Ouled Boufaha, 45 km east of Jijel, east of Algeria, as they managed to escape from the combing operation which was launched beginning of last week end in the western and eastern mountains of the locality, where Al Mourabitine and Attalibane battalions hide and implement two roadside bombs attacks  in Aouana and Ziama Mansouria, west of the locality, leaving six security men.

• The process, which came after 72 hours of the visit by the Land Forces Commander Gen. Ahsan Tafer to Jijel, east of Algeria, who confirmed, during the session with the commanders of combat units, on the need to intensify security efforts and eliminate terrorists, as reported previously in Echorouk.

• Algerian joint forces retrieved two Semenov pieces and a rifle gun. On Thursday morning, dead bodies of the terrorists have been transferred to the hospital of Bachir Mentouri, in Milia, east of Jijel, while the armed troops continue their combing operation in order to find other terrorists in the region.
